Implementation of corporate security processes

A Business Continuity Plan or BCP (Business Continuity Plan) aims to prepare a “live” document that allows organizations to recover from events that may affect or drastically reduce their critical business processes. It is a key tool in security governance, as it helps to be prepared to deal with unforeseen events and continue operating as normally as possible.

It should be performed after a risk analysis. In this way, it is possible to determine which situations have a major impact on the business and how to respond.

The Business Continuity Plan is a clear, concise and detailed document that specifies how all the people and departments of the company (not only IT) should act in order to respond to a critical situation, so that the impact for the company is the least possible.

At Secure&IT we perform the BCP according to standards that help to establish, maintain and improve the Business Continuity Plan.
